If you’re coming into Boise or already here, you gotta get one. Fast friendly service and an incredible menu. It was a chore just choosing which steak sandwich to get. Eventually, we chose the mushroom and Cajun chicken. Both were more than we could eat in one sitting and just as good the next day. I didn't even know they existed until a coworker was overheard talking about them. Excellent communication, Excellent Delivery and Excellent Cheesesteaks. What more do you need?

The Cheese Steak Guy isn't trying to reinvent the wheel, it's perfecting it. It's good, REALLY good. It is seriously the most authentic cheese steak in the valley and I should know. I've literally eaten cheese steaks everywhere in the valley for the past 10 years. These guys are IT! Yes, I am addicted.
These guy's aren't playing around. The meat is thinly sliced and plentiful. The fried onions and bell peppers really are fantastic. I ordered jalapeños and not only were they expertly mixed with other toppings but they also included a full side container too.
The original rolls hold every juicy bite together. It’s incredible and messy in the best way, packed with flavor. One bite and you'll know.
Where it all started -
Back in the 1930's, Italian-American Pat Olivieri had a hot-dog cart in South Philly. One afternoon, Pat was in the mood for something a little different. He called up his brother Harry to go to their butcher and order some scraps of beef instead of the usual wiener sausages.
Pat grilled up the beef with some onions at his cart and scooped it into a hot-dog bun.
'Cocky Joe’ Lorenza, the manager of Pat’s restaurant, added some slices of provolone, thus birthing what’s much more recognizable as the cheesesteak.
