The Classic Cheesesteak: The "No Whiz, No Nonsense" Masterpiece
This is the one that started it all. The heavyweight champion. The undisputed king of the menu. We don't mess around with gimmicks, we don't do neon-orange cheese from a jar or can, and we certainly don't let provolone ruin the party.
This is a straight-shooting, unapologetic love letter to Philadelphia, built right here in Boise. It’s simple, it’s perfect, and it requires zero explanation—but we’re going to give you one anyway because we love talking about it.
The Holy Trinity of Flavor
The Ribeye: One-pound of thinly sliced, perfectly grilled ribeye piled so high it’s practically bursting at the seams. This isn't mystery meat; this is the good stuff.
The Toppings: Our fried onions are thinly sliced and seared on a screaming-hot flat top until perfectly caramelized, tender, and sweet. Finished with a light, golden crisping, they add a rich, savory depth and irresistible texture to every bite.
The Cheese: Melty, gooey, beautiful white American cheese. It cascades through the ribeye like a glorious, dairy-based waterfall, locking down every single bite in a creamy embrace. Whiz? Never heard of her.
The Roll: Nestled inside a legendary, pillowy Amoroso roll delivered straight in for the occasion. It’s soft, it’s sturdy, and it’s the only vessel on Earth worthy of carrying this much greatness.
The Golden Rule: It’s messy, it’s heavy, and eating it while leaning forward at a 45-degree angle to protect your shirt is highly recommended.
No walking, no driving, and absolutely no putting on real shoes required. Just hit order and we’ll drop this legendary classic straight off at your home or office.

Although I haven’t been to Philadelphia to have an actual Philly cheesesteak sandwich, the owner of this establishment is from Philly, so there’s some real credibility here not to mention a coworker talks about this place daily.
And these cheesesteak sandwiches are fantastic! We typically get large cheesesteaks with provolone and cooper cheese and they're more than enough for the two of us. We can’t eat enough of their Philly cheesesteak sandwiches, which are incredibly delicious and massive! Thanks cheesesteak guy! Brett/Marilyn
