I cannot say enough about the quality and passion of The Cheesesteak Guy and his phenomenal heros, truly bringing an authentic taste of the East Coast to the Treasure Valley.
This was the one thing missing from Boise, a bona fide "wiz wit" and he has absolutely nailed it. I am an avid food reviewer and cheesesteak enthusiast. This is hands down the best in Idaho and maybe the whole PNW.
His chimichangas made with his own homemade dough are also a cut above with a great crisp but a flaky, doughy texture. Not only is his wiz blend, house made sauces and every menu item on point, but from a value perspective, this just might be the finest deal in town. These sandwiches are absolutely stacked to the nines. A must try, I guarantee you will be hooked!
